У вересні 2018 р. розпочато виконання другого етапу (або другого року) проекту Міжнародного Вишеградського Фонду, спрямованого на імплементацію навчального курсу «Компаративні студії демократизації: транзитивна політика в країнах V4 та Україні» для студентів спеціальності «Політологія» кафедри політології та національної безпеки Національного університету «Острозька академія». Другий етап (або рік) проекту триватиме з 1 вересня 2018 року по 30 червня 2019 року. Реалізація викладацько-навчального процесу з дисципліни «Компаративні студії демократизації: транзитивна політика в країнах V4 та Україні» для студентів кафедри політології та національної безпеки Національного університету «Острозька академія» здійснюється за навчальним планом спеціальності «Політологія» на 2018–2019 навчальний рік.
