21 and 22 November 2019 within the project “The Comparative Studies of Democratization: Transition Politics in V4 Countries and Ukraine” funded by The International Visegrad Fund / V4EaP Visegrad University Studies Grant No. 61610036 held lectures by Miloš Brunclík, Associate Professor of Political Science of the Institute of Political Science of Charles University in Prague. The following lectures on the topic were read: Transition to democracy in Czechoslovakia/Czech Republic and its consequences; Constitutional making in the Czech Republic and constitutional amendments; Patterns of partisan politics in the Czech Republic – traditional parties versus new partisan challenges.

Miloš Brunclík is the Associate Professor of Political Science of the Institute of Political Science of Charles University in Prague (Czech Republic). Miloš Brunclík specializes in political and party systems with a particular focus on the Nordic countries. His research is centred upon theory and practice of parliamentary and semi-presidential regimes. He is author of a number of articles in peer-reviewed journals in the Czech Republic as well as abroad. He is also co-author of several books.
